Certified Financial Planner Cindy Marques specializes in making money make sense. As the co-founder and CEO of MakeCents, she helps Canadian millennials overcome money stress, ditch debt, grow their wealth and achieve financial freedom— because it looks good on everyone.

Cindy understands what it’s like to grow up with parents who immigrated to Canada with very little money, striving to achieve their version of the “Canadian Dream.” In that era, Baby Boomers got married, bought a house, a car, and likely had at least two children by the age of 30. This ideal is no longer realistic for our generation.

MakeCents aims to bridge the financial literacy gap for millennials and come up with a personal financial plan that won’t force you to sacrifice your avocado toast. It’s getting harder to get ahead, so money shouldn't be overwhelming, complicated, or intimidating.
